Possible Malfunctions Alarms and Prompts In the case of the alarm, the proper code flashes on the display, interchangeably with the temperature value; also, the buzzer and the alarm relay (if available) may be activated. Most alarms are reset automatically (i.e. the alarm stops when the cause of the alarm no longer exists), only some require manual reset (by disconnecting the power supply).
