About the unit

apparatus. The numbered items are:

Instructions for use
1) Site the equipment on a suitable bench.
2) The Temperature control unit is shipped fully
assembled and is ready to use 'out of the
box'.
3) Referring to the outlets in the lab fit the ap-
propriate mains plug adaptor to the power
supply.
4) Connect the power supply low voltage plug to
the socket on the side of the controller rear
cover (on the right of the unit). Plug the unit

into the mains supply with the switch in the
"off" position.
5) Switch the mains plug on and the display on
the unit should light up and confirm the unit
has power.
6) Follow the instructions in the section on
setting up the software application for the
unit and getting the drivers on your computer.
7) You can use the unit with USB, Bluetooth or
LAN connection. The details of how to set up
each are included below. If this is the first
time you have used the unit we recommend
you start with USB and verify the functionality
of the unit controller.
8) Open the 'Open ManualControl.bat' app on
your PC.
9) Ensure that the fan and heater are functioning
properly.
