Keep adjustment locked while service is performed. b) Open the flip lever and bring the upper handlebar slider in its most forward positioning.

DO NOT TOUCH THE D-SUB CONNECTOR OF THE COMPUTER BRACKET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, IN ORDER TO PREVENT ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS FROM MALFUNCTIONING OR DEFECTS CAUSED BY ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE (ESD) TO OCCUR. a) Unscrew the M4 x 12 x 0.7P counter sunk hex socket bolt from the computer bracket using the 2.5 mm straight shaft round head Allen key.
  • Page 6 3) Remove the upper handlebar assembly a) Remove the lower front end cap using the 3mm straight shaft Allen key. b) Remove the 2x M4 x 10 x 0.7P Allen bolts of the computer bracket assembly using the 3mm straight shaft Allen key.

  • Page 8 Remove the upper handlebar assembly Attach a 1.5m rope to the CBC computer cable and to the frame as shown in the picture. The additional rope supports the assembly of the new cable. Place yourself in front of the bike and carefully pull the handlebar assembly out of the lower handlebar slider.
  • Page 9 CBC computer bracket assembly replacement Carefully remove the plastic cap from flip lever. Loosen the flip lever M6 x 33 x 0.5 P Torx socket head cap bolt and remove the T-nut, T-nut compression spring and flip lever with its adjustment Torx bolt. *For details please refer to our existing SOP FB TS HB7 01 in our ICG internal website and follow all steps to remove and reassemble the plastic cap of the horizontal flip lever and to tighten or loosen the M6 x 33 x 0.5 P Torx socket head cap...
  • Page 10 Carefully remove the computer bracket assembly included cable from the handlebar upper slider by pulling upwards. Carefully slide the new computer cable into the handlebar upper slider. Ensure that the computer cable is not pinched. Place the computer bracket assembly in its intended position and mount the cable cover with the 3x M3 x 8 x 0.5P counter sunk Hex.
  • Page 11 Mount the T-nut compression spring and T-nut as shown in the picture and ensure that all parts are correctly assembled. Upper handlebar assembly Attach the end of the 1.5m rope to the CBC computer cable as shown in the picture. Carefully pull from the other end of the rope guiding the CBC computer cable into its correct position in the bike frame.
  • Page 12 Carefully put the computer bracket assembly to the side to access the M4 x 6 x 0.7P stop bolt of the handlebar stem assembly and tighten it with the 3mm straight shaft Allen key. Attach the computer bracket assembly with the 2x M4 x 10 x 0.7P Allen bolts. Attach the lower front end cap using the 3mm straight shaft Allen key.
  • Page 13 Carefully hold the cable of the CBC computer and move the handlebar stem up (highest position) and down (lowest position) to check if the cable slides properly inside of the frame. Repeat the process with the upper slider, ensuring the correct position of the cable when sliding the upper slider to the most forward and backward position.
  • Page 14 Carefully slide the bike computer onto its computer bracket. Check the functionality of the CBC computer before starting with the shrouds assembly process. Fasten the bike computer with the M4 x 12 x 0.7P counter sunk hex socket bolt using the 2.5 mm straight shaft Allen key.
  • Page 15 Mount the left crank with the left pedal on the bottom bracket spindle with the required toque. *Required torque: 60 Nm Repeat steps 8.b and 8.c for the right side shroud, now using the 14x M4 x 10 x 0.7P Allen bolts and right crank with the right pedal.
  • Page 16 Carefully place the brake dial in its intended position and tighten with the 1x M4 x 10 x 0.7 Allen bolt. Carefully push the brake dial top cover into the brake dial by hand.
