Use standard tools in accordance with the safety requirements of the manufacturer.

The motor speed can be controlled either by the built-in control modes or by a low-voltage PWM signal from an external controller (see sec�on PWM Control).

Glycol Master SD PWM pumps can be used for pumping glycol solu�ons with a concentra�on of up to 50 %. The maximum viscosity of a 50% glycol solu�on at -10 °C is approximately 32 cSt.
Attention pump. Principle of action The Master SD PWM pumps work by increasing the pressure of the liquid moving from the inlet connec�on. The liquid flows through the pump inlet into the rota�ng impeller. The centrifugal forces increase the speed of the liquid.

Changing the position of the pump head Warning Turn off the power to the pump before performing any work on the pump. Once the power has been turned off, make sure that it cannot be accidentally turned back on. Warning The pump casing may be hot due to the high temperature of the liquid it is pumping.

Turn on the power. The pump will automa�cally detect the presence of a suitable PWM signal connec�on and will go to the to the appropriate opera�ng mode.
To put the Master SD PWM pumps into opera�on, the mains switch must be turned to posi�on"On." The indicator light on the control panel will indicate that the power is on. If necessary, the pump and system must be vented before opera�on.

16. Detecting and eliminating If the pump has detected one or more alarms, the LEDs on the control panel flash con�nuously and an error code is displayed. The type of alarm can be determined from Table 1. If more than one alarm occurs at the same �me, the LEDs will indicate the error with the highest priority.

4. Phase loss protec�on: When the motor is out of phase, the gear indicator flashes 4 �mes at the same �me, and the display board displays E4. The pump stops working immedi- ately, and the pump restarts a�er 8s. A�er the consecu�ve number of protec�on reaches 5 �mes, the pump is complete- ly protected and no longer restarted.
Warning Before starting work, make sure that the power to the pump is switched off and take measures to prevent it from being switched on accidentally.
