  • Page 3 AFETY NSTRUCTIONS Your UltraComfort Power Lift Chair is a motor operated appliance approved for household and commercial use. Therefore, you are required to exercise caution when operating it to ensure your personal safety and that of others around you. The following are rules for safe operation of your UltraComfort Power Seat Lift Chair.
  • Page 4 AKING OWER ONNECTIONS HAIR Models UC211, UC320, UC330-L, UC540-SAA, UC540-M, UC540-L, UC550-S, UC550-M, UC550-L, UC552, UC660, UC770 1. Remove AC/DC adapter (transformer) from packaging located under base of chair. 2. Place two 9 volt alkaline batteries (not included) into the slots provided. Install the wire connections on each battery.
  • Page 5 OWER ONNECTIONS HAIR Model UC540-XL 1. Install two 9 volt alkaline batteries in the inline battery holder as shown. The battery holder is zip tied (white) to the rear of the metal frame. Cut the white zip tie and extend the cable under and out behind the chair.

To recline your chair, press the down button (S2) and hold until you reach your desired position. Then release the button. 2. To return to a seated position from recline, press the up button (S1) and hold until the chair returns to a closed seated position.
  • Page 7 Power Lift Chair Operation Models UC550-S, UC550-M, UC550-L, UC522 1. To recline the back of the chair, press button (S1) and hold until the back reaches the desired position. Then release the button. 2. To bring the back of the chair to an upright position, press button (S2) and hold until the back reaches the desired position.

Stellar Comfort has been designed specifi cally for you. Offering you a wide range of body positioning technology, so you can choose the position that best suits your needs.
  • Page 9 Battery Back Up System Your Ultra Comfort power lift chair comes with a battery back up system so the chair can return to the seated position in the event of a household power failure. The batteries have enough energy to bring the chair to a seated position from either recline or lift.
  • Page 10 Lifetime Warranty UltraComfort warrants for the lifetime of the chair by the original consumer to repair or replace at their option the Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame and Recline Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized on all models for three years.
  • Page 11 UltraComfort shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for any other damage or loss not contained in this warranty. This warranty gives you specifi c legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

  • Page 14 IMITED ARRANTY Register your UltraComfort Power Lift Chair by fi lling out this warranty card within 30 days of purchase date and returning to UltraComfort. Be sure to keep copies of this registration so you have all the information to refer back in case you experience a problem with your chair.

    CAUTION READ BEFORE OPERATING FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID WARRANTY Chair must be placed to allow free movement between: BACK of CHAIR and WALL FOOTREST and any object in FRONT of CHAIR Keep children, pets and foreign objects from back of chair or underneath chair and from in front of footrest while operating chair.
