  • Page 5 Assembly Instructions The metal tabs line up with each other and face inward. ① x 2 DO NOT fully tighten the bolts or screws initially until all the bolts or screws are ready to assemble. To avoid causing damages to the thread, DO NOT over-tighten the screws or bolts. 1.
  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions ① x 2 3. Align and attach the L-shaped Supports (D and E) to the middle U-shaped brackets on the Large Side Frame (A) with two 15 mm Bolts (1).
  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions The metal tabs are located at the bottom and face inward. ① x 2 4. Orient and fit the Bottom Stretchers (G and H) onto the bottom U-shaped brackets on the Large Side Frame (A). 5. Loosely fasten the Bottom Stretchers (G and H) into place with two 15 mm Bolts (1). Make sure that the mounting holes on the Bottom Stretchers (G and H) will overlap the threaded holes under the L-shaped Supports (D and E) properly.
  • Page 8 Assembly Instructions ② x 2 6. Insert two 35 mm Bolts (2) through the mounting holes on the Bottom Stretchers (G and H) and securely screw them into the L-shaped Supports (D and E).

  • Page 11 Assembly Instructions ③ x 4 9. Using the pilot holes as a guide, attach the Wine Racks (J and K) underneath the Small Tray (M) with four 12 mm Pan Head Screws (3).
  • Page 12 Assembly Instructions ③ x 4 10. Using the pilot holes as a guide, attach the Stemware Rack (I) underneath the Top Panel (L) with four 12 mm Pan Head Screws (3).
  • Page 13 Assembly Instructions ③ x 8 11. Orient and attach the Top Panel (L) between both Side Frames (A and B) and the Aprons (C) with eight 12 mm Pan Head Screws (3). NOTE: Try working from one end to the other to slide the Top Panel (L) into place. You may need to loosen the bolts and push or pull the Side Frames and Aprons slightly to get them to align with the holes.
  • Page 14 Assembly Instructions ③ x 8 12. Align and attach the Small Tray (M) with Wine Racks between the Large Side Frame (A), the L-shaped s (D and E) and Middle Stretcher (F) properly and fasten them with eight 12 mm Pan Head Support Screws (3).
  • Page 15 Assembly Instructions ③ x 8 13. Align and attach the Large Tray (N) to both Side Frames (A and B) and Bottom Stretchers (H and G) and fasten them with eight 12 mm Pan Head Screws (3). NOTE: Try working from one end to the other to slide the tray into place. You may need to loosen the bolts and push or pull the Side Frames and Bottom Stretchers slightly to fit the tray into place.

Attach two Lockable Casters (O) under the Large Side Frame (A) and attach two Swivel Casters (P) under the Small Side Frame (B).
