2.3 ASSEMBLY AND WIRING OF THE INDOOR TERMINALS The indoor terminals are responsible for receiving the call from the amplifier and establishing communication with the outdoor panel, they can be Telephones (audio only) or monitors, also available with Wifi version to be able to have call divert to the Blue application.
Page 11
The connector is anchored to the wall in the desired manner through the holes provided, there is a wide variety to cover the most common flush-mounted boxes, and then the monitor is installed. Telephones: The telephones are installed directly on the wall by using of the holes provided. The telephones have internal connectors for the connection to the DUOX PLUS BUS.
2.4 CONNECTION OF POWER SUPPLIES The power supplies are responsible for supplying the necessary voltaje to the elements of the DUOX PLUS installation. The system uses 24 Vdc. The device can be screwes to the units or DIN rail installated (DIN-10). The power supply unit Ref.

They can also allow power to pass through their outputs, consult the guide or the manual. If a regenerative BUS is used, it is recommended to connect through the input terminal as it is double. Ref 3268 1W DUOX PLUS DUAL REGENERATOR They are powered by any of its outputs by means of the connection to the BUS through the BB terminal block, it is advisable to provide power supply from both sides.
2.5.3 Decoders The Decoders are intermediate devices of a DUOX PLUS installation capable of extending the capacities of the system, allowing to increase connection distances of terminals in derivation, to increase the number of connected devices, to isolate against signal reflections. Both Decoders have the same characteristics.
3. DEVICE PROGRAMMING DUOX PLUS devices require programming before they can be used. They will not work without programming. The amplifier is responsible for making the call to the terminal address. The call made at the outdoor panel is sent over the bus and received at the called terminal; when the called terminal answers, a communication channel is established between the outdoor panel and the indoor terminal.
Page 16
Example 1: A panel configured as a Block, when making a call, will set the first two digits with its Block number. Thus, a panel configured as Block 01 will be able to call the flats whose address starts with 01XXXX (from 010001 to 019999). Example 2: A panel configured as a Sub-Block, will set the Block number and the Sub-Block number.
The panels with address “0” of each block will allow communication with the telephones when they are picked up or with the monitors if the “autoon” is carried and the communication channel is free. If this functionality is not desired, it is not necessary to leave panels with this address.
