    6. Device Function Checking To verify whether the device is in normal working status, do a fast function check. After communicating device with PC successfully, please follow up following steps to do a fast function check - i.     7. Probe Compensation Before working the probe with either of input channels (Channel 1 / Channel 2), it’s advisable to adjust its compensation, to assure ideal measurement effect. Since the probe in non-compensated, or improperly compensated (overcompensated / under-compensated) status may cause possible errors to the measurement result.
