Cause
 The power is interrupted
 The batteries are
discharged
 The emergency stop is
pressed
Due to overload, the
Overload safety switch
has disconnected all
functions.
 Encoder error
 The lifting actuators are
not moving synchronous,
so the tilting joint is not
parallel with the chassis.
 The motor lacks power
 The brake does not
release
 On/off-button is set to "off"
 The minimum vacuum
level is not secured due to
leakage

Solution
 Turn the main switch
 Check the battery level
 Release the emergency stop
 Check fuses
 Pull the extended arm back
 Reset the actuators:
o Press the "UP" and
"DOWN" buttons until
the actuators are
completely lowered.
Alternatively, press the
"DOWN" button
repeatedly
o Press the "UP" and
"DOWN" button for 5
seconds in order to
reset.
 Check point number 1.
 Press the on-button
 Replace the fuse for the
motor control
 Relieve the machine
immediately
 Check that the suction pads
seal the subject tightly
 Check the vacuum hoses for
damage
 Check that the slide valve is
sealed
