Some ISDN service providers might charge a lower rate for an ISDN line that
ISDN BRI Data and Voice Applications
Description
Provides locally addressed terminals within a
specific ISDN access area.
Enables use of terminal equipment that supports
voice applications. Examples of this type of
equipment are ISDN telephones and terminal
adapters.
Enables the use of multiple directory numbers on
the same ISDN line. Each piece of terminal
equipment on the same ISDN line can then be
assigned its own directory number.
Enables a call in progress to be put on hold and
then retrieved.
During a voice call, enables the call waiting tone to
be generated when a second voice call is received.
When two data calls are in progress and ACO is
provisioned on the ISDN line, the router can be
configured to either ignore a voice call or
disconnect a data call to accept the voice call. (Also
referred to as voice priority.)
Transfers an active call to another telephone
number.
Adds a third party to an existing call.
