Your Hisense BI62020ABGUK oven may not be warming up due to the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Operation Steps – The oven requires four steps to start: - Rotating the Dial Selector for the desired function. - Turning the Temperature Dial to the required heat. - Pressing the Time Display. - Pressing the Start/Stop Selector. Ensure you have completed all these steps correctly.
2. Temperature Indicator – The oven requires time to reach the set temperature. You need to wait for the ‘beep’ sound before placing food inside.
3. Control Visibility Issues – The function indicators are small and not illuminated, making them hard to see. Double-check that the correct settings are applied.
4. Possible Technical Fault – If all steps are correctly followed and the oven still does not heat up, there may be a technical issue. Hisense offers engineer support, but there could be delays in service availability.
If the issue persists, consider contacting customer support or checking for warranty options.
