CALLER DISPLAY OPERATION

VERY IMPORTANT:
To use Caller Display you must first subscribe to your network provider's Caller Display
service.
If you subscribe to a Caller Display service, you can see the phone number of the person
calling
you before you answer. The caller display information includes:
•
The caller's number (up to 14 digits)
•
The date and time of the call
Condition of Incoming Caller Information
It is a duplicate one
It is a new one
You have a new Voice Mail Message
(This is a caller display service, but is not
usually
available from network providers.)

Caller Display list

Telephone automatically stores the caller display information from the last 50 (14 digits)
incoming calls. If new calls are stored.
The total number of calls is shown on the main standby screen by '00 NEW IN', '01 NEW IN'
or ' XX NEW IN'. If a call is received when the Call list is full, then the new entry will replace
the oldest one.

OUTGOING CALL LIST

The KXT480 automatically stores the number(up to 16 digits) and duration of the last 20 calls
made
Viewing the
outgoing
calls list
In standby mode, press UP or DOWN button.
The display shows the most recent record.

If there are no Caller Display records, the display
will show End.
Press UP or DOWN again to scroll to the next

Caller Display
If the display shows the required number, press the
DIAL key, and the conversation will start
automatically in the hands-free mode, after picking
up the handset, the call will be switched to the
handset.
When the Caller Display record is displayed. Press
DELETE button to delete the Caller Display record.
The display shows the next caller displayed
record.
Press and hold DELETE button 4 seconds, all the
Caller
Display records will be deleted.
Confirm with the SET / R key to exit the MENU
1 In standby mode, press CHECK button
The display shows the most recent dialed call.
If there are no outgoing records, the display will
show END
