Luckey User Manual 1 Definitions and general concepts 1.1 Bluetooth Bluetooth (often abbreviated as BT) is a technical-industrial data transmission standard for wireless personal networks. It provides a standard, economical and safe method to exchange information between different devices through a short-range safe radio frequency able to search the devices covered by the radio signal within a radius of some tens of meters, making them communicate with each other.

2.4.2 Electronic Handle MA1A MA1A is the new electronic lock from ISEO's Connected range that allows you to easily manage access in companies and commercial activities, co-working spaces, utilities and hotel contexts. 2.4.6 Motorized lock for armored doors X1R Smart The X1R Smart lock is a motorized electronic lock for armored doors in the ISEO range of products. It works with an electric motor controlled by a powerful microprocessor and the deadbolt action is always guaranteed by the mechanical functioning of the key, even in case of power failure.

The Easy and Smart systems support the ability to access pass through a PIN. To do this, you need to use either a hardware device or an ISEO Stylos with a numeric pin- pad, or an X1R with a numeric pin-pad. The propagation of the PIN information to the smart locks works in the same way as for the RFID Cards, with different behavior depending on the installed Access control architecture.

If the user is authorized by the cloud then the application will proceed to send a Bluetooth opening command to the requested lock. However, it may happen that the sending of this command fails for reasons related to the Bluetooth of the device, or that the lock denies the opening command.
Luckey User Manual 5.22 Administrators and collaborators From this section it is possible to manage the administrator user permissions: in particular, it is possible to create a new administrator user. It is possible to insert its name, surname, and e-mail. Similarly to what happens for regular users, the new administrator will receive a mail to the address entered, with a link that will allow him to set the password.

If this option is active, the user will receive a unique code via email that must be entered at each login, both on the platform and in the mobile application.

Luckey User Manual 7 Luckey mobile Application Luckey is the official Sofia Locks mobile application, available for both iOS and Android, that can be used by users to open and access smart locks for which they have a valid mobile credentials along with access system additional services like reserving a meeting room.

Once the PIN has been set, it will be prompted each time the application is opened. It is possible to associate a biometric recognition factor to the PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition, on the phones that support it, to facilitate interaction and increase the security of the code.
