CAUTION! The Sam Cook Slow Juicer has an electric motor with a step-down gear. The appliance will need some time to fully process the food.
Work slowly. Do not feed too many pieces of fruits/vegetables. Do not push down the pusher too hard. Otherwise the appliance may stall.
Place the feeder chamber ⑯ on the filter bowl ⑨ by aligning the bosses with the grooves in the bowl (the white
mark should be aligned with the 'open padlock' mark). Turn the feeder chamber ⑯ clockwise home so that the
5 safety lock tab in the feeder chamber ⑯ snaps into the recess in the motor unit ① (the white mark should be
aligned with the 'open padlock' mark). Proper engagement disables the safety lock which prevents using the
appliance when improperly assembled.
Place the pusher ⑲ in the feeder tube mouth ⑰. Place the juice pitcher and the pulp container ⑦ and ⑥ under

the juice spout ⑫ and the pulp discharge chute ⑬, respectively.
