2. Area of application
The FI-3 Filter Shaft is used for the mechanical cleaning of lightly contaminated rainwater by
means of filtration during the drainage of surfaces up to a maximum of 1347 m². The process
water obtained can be used for garden irrigation as well as for toilet flushing or the operation of
washing machines.
3. Functionality
The rainwater to be filtered flows through inlet DN200 into the
filter cage, where mesh with a width of 1 mm retains mechanical
impurities.
The water flows into the tank through a calmed inlet, which
reduces dispersion. The water yield is 100%.
