You will need the parts identified on page 3, 4 and 5 of this instruction manuals. NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.

  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions ② x 16 NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back and fully tighten all bolts. This will make it easier during assembly of unit. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.

Glue the 30 mm Wood Dowels (3) into the designated holes on the Partition Panels (B and C), Middle Crossbar (D), Middle Bottom Panel (E) and Middle Skirting Panels (F and G) as shown. NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels and wipe off the excess glue immediately with a damp cloth.

  • Page 10 Assembly Instructions Floor protector ① x 3 6. Align and attach the Middle Rear Skirting (G) to the Middle Bottom Panel (E) with 3 Cam Locks (1). (Refer to page 2 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).

Orient and attach the Left Partition Panel (B) to the assembled middle base by engaging 3 Cam Locks (1). 9. Repeat the same procedure to attach the Right Partition Panel (C) at the other end.
  • Page 13 Assembly Instructions ① x 4 10. Properly position the Middle Top Panel (A) so that the cam bolts enter the holes in top edge of both Partition Panels (B and C) and fasten them into place by engaging 4 Cam Locks (1).

Orient and attach the Left Rear Skirting (O) to the Left Bottom Panel (M) by engaging 2 Cam Locks (1). 20.   • Page 22 Assembly Instructions ⑧ x 8 23. Insert four 12 mm Bolts (8) through the installed Plastic Connectors (12) and securely screw into each Side Skirting Panel (V).

Insert four 30 mm Bolts (9) through the mounting holes on the Left Partition Panel (B) and screw into the Left Side Skirting (V).
