  • Page 3 Fig. 4 5. Connect installation harness 16-pin plug (See Fig. 2A) to XM module 16- Fig. 2A pin socket vacated in step 1(See Fig. 3) 6. Route harness end toward the dashboard, armrest etc. 7. Go to internal fuse panel under passenger side toe board and connect/tap red wire to HTD Seat/WPR RLY (heated seat/wiper relay) fuse or any alternate 12V accessory source circled in red.
  • Page 4 8. Select an accessory fuse (see suggestions below) for the Add-A-Fuse circuit (See Fig. 6) 9. Remove that fuse from fuse box 10. Insert factory fuse (from step 8) into Add-a-fuse circuit empty slot (See Fig. 6) 11. Insert accessory wire to Add-a-fuse butt connector and crimp with crimping tool or pliers 12.

Users are advised to install Notes: 1. Optional 6 ft. dash mount USB extension cable is not required for microphone away from wind/ventilation ducts etc.

    Installation 2: Convertibles XM module located in console (waterfall) rear end between seats. Remove two 15mm Torx screws from cover 2. Remove 3 plastic pins holding from carpet panel 3. Complete the rest of the install by returning to step 3 on page 2. 4.

    NO; XM ready means radio is capable of controlling optional XM module but tuner is not currently installed. Early C6 were pre-wired for the U2K option, but for the BTH-C6x to work vehicle must have an XM module (with or without subscription).
