Task 13: Adding a Unit
1.
From the phone center Units screen, click the left-most box of an empty row,
an asterisk (
). Clicking changes the icon from an asterisk to a pencil
(
).
2.
With the cursor in the User Name field, type the user name. Press Tab to
advance the cursor to the next field.
3.
Type the IMEI number that is associated with the phone. Press Tab to
advance the cursor to the next field.
4.
The SIM ID field is read only. Press the tab to advance the cursor to the next
field.
5.
Click the Model Type drop-down and choose the model. Press Tab to
advance the cursor to the next field.
If the model type is not listed (unsupported), contact the

6.
Populate all fields. When finished, click an empty row. The icon changes
from pencil
to triangle (
