Messages
You may receive status messages under certain
conditions. Before contacting Customer Care, note
the message, numeric code, and the conditions
under which it appeared. The following table lists
and describes status messages.

Service Restricted
Message Description
The number that you entered
is not valid.
The phone that you called is
either busy, out of coverage,
or turned off. Please try again
later.
The person that you called
has not purchased this
service.
This service is temporarily
not available. Please try
again later.
This service was restricted by
SouthernLINC Wireless, or
this service was not
purchased.

Message Description
You are either out of
coverage or having problems
with provisioning.
The system is experiencing
heavy traffic. Please try again

This service cannot be
enabled because an
incompatible service has
already been turned on.
An error occurred. Please try
again.
You have entered an
incorrect PIN number.
You have inserted a SIM card
that will not work with
SouthernLINC Wireless
phone. Contact
SouthernLINC Wireless
Customer Care if you believe
this is a valid SIM card.
A fault was detected with
your phone. If this error
recurs, note the error code
and contact SouthernLINC
Wireless Customer Care.
