Nota: we recommend taking the Hedge Trimmer to a Trapp authorized technical assistance center for
maintenance to avoid loss of warranty.
Note: The period indicated on the maintenance table may vary according to working conditions and
type of fuel mixture.
Under no circumstances should you disassemble

your trimmer. Doing so can void the warranty.
Always be sure to turn off the engine when

performing any maintenance or inspection
procedure.
When sharpening, removing or replacing the

blade, make sure to use thick and resistant gloves,
and only use proper tools and equipment, in order
to avoid injury.

ATTENTION!
The anti-vibration system reduces the
vibration the operator feels while working,
for which the springs need to be kept in good
condition. Periodically check the condition of
the springs, and replace them if need be.
Air Filter
Release the cap from the air filter (1) by removing
the screws (3), next remove the filter (2) and clean
it. If the foam filter (2) is dirty, carefully wash it with
lukewarm water containing neutral detergent. Dry
the filter completely and moisten it with 20W50 oil
before returning it to its casing. If the filter is warped
or damaged, replace it with a new one.
