Troubleshooting

Below are a few common problems and how to solve them.

Problem: The Feeder is not recognized by the scanner or FlexColor

software.

Solution:

e electronic connection between the scanner and feeder is

the scanner is turned on, the diodes on the front of the Feeder

will light. See also "Mounting the Batch Feeder" on page 5.

Problem: The original holders are not fully drawn in or out of the

scanner.

Solution:

e Feeder is probably not aligned correctly for your individual

Problem: It is diﬃcult to insert an original holder into one speciﬁc

Solution:
