Problem
You cannot remove the lens.
There is no image on the focusing screen.
You cannot produce a sharp image with the
75mm lens.
Shift or tilt control cannot be moved.
The image is dark when the back is shifted/tilted.
The image becomes very unsharp when a correc-
tion slide is inserted.
The image is dark at one edge or the corners of
the focusing screen.
Shutter will not fire when cable release is
pressed.
Film image shows vignetting.
Film frames have been fogged.

Troubleshooting

Possible cause / remedy
• Depress lens release button.
• Lens cap still in place.
• Shutter closed.
• The 26 mm extension tube is not in place.
• Release appropriate locking screws.
• Insert appropriate correction slide.
• Correction slide inserted incorrectly.
• Vignetting has occurred.
• Centre filter not in place.
• Shutter has not been cocked.
• Open/close shutter lever is open.
• Appropriate steps against vignetting not taken.
• Combination of shift and tilt movements excessive.
• Magazine slide removed while shutter still open.
• Magazine removed from camera before insertion of
slide.
• Shutter opened before magazine slide replaced.
