Setup Tips
• For a comfortable night's rest, clear your camp area of debris
before setting up your tent.
• When opening for the first time, the rainfly and room divider are
rolled together with the tent body.
• Lay out all of the contents of the bag and assemble all tent
poles before setting up your tent.
• The tent poles are color-coded to match the sleeves and pole joints.
• Push the poles through the sleeves, don't pull.
• Make sure the sleeve fabric is evenly distributed to avoid
catching the pole.

Prepare for Setup
• Pull tent out flat and tight.
• Extend tent poles and place in position
ready for installation.

Insert
Black Poles
• Slide BLACK TENT ROOF
POLES into BLACK SLEEVES and
through the FABRIC LOOP. Black poles should
cross above GRAY CENTER ROOF POLE (fig. 2).
• Insert one end of first pole into ribbed end of
ELBOW CONNECTOR (fig. 3).
• Gently flex pole and insert other end of pole into ribbed end
of ELBOW CONNECTOR at opposite corner.
• Repeat for second TENT ROOF POLE.

Level Area
Insert Gray Pole
• Slide the GRAY CENTER ROOF POLE into GRAY
ROOF SLEEVES and through the FABRIC LOOP.
• Secure by inserting both pole ends into ribbed
end of center ELBOW CONNECTORS
(fig. 1).

Insert Leg Poles
• At corner of the tent, place black end of STEEL LEG
CORNER POLE into the smooth end of the ELBOW
CONNECTOR, then secure the other end (orange
end cap) into the PIN-RING at base of tent (fig. 4 & 5).
• Repeat step above for the remaining STEEL LEG POLES.

Pin-and-Ring System
Pin-and-Ring: Pins are inserted
into ends of leg poles.
Webbed Loop: Insert stakes
through these loops to keep the tent
secure.
Pole Joints
Roof Pole Connector: Connects to
steel roof poles
Color-Coded Pole Connector:
Color-coded to match corresponding
roof poles
Leg Pole Connector: Leg poles lift
tent roof and connect to
pin-and-ring system

Insert Side Poles and Secure Tent
• To secure STEEL SIDE POLE on the short side of the tent, insert pole ends into
remaining hubs of 3-WAY JOINTS. Repeat on opposite side of tent.
• Snap QUICK CLIPS (attached to tent body) onto all STEEL LEG MIDDLE & CORNER
LEG POLES & STEEL SIDE POLE to shape the tent (fig. 6).
• Stake tent by driving STAKES through the PIN-RING assemblies on the tent
base (fig. 7).

Attach Rainfly
• Drape rainfly over the tent, aligning "CORE"
logo above the D-door.
• Push BLACK AWNING POLE through the sleeve
on the inside front of rainfly.
• Arch BLACK AWNING POLE and insert
the tips on each end into
the grommets
located at either
side of the

• Attach rainfly to LEG
POLES using hook-and-
loop fasteners located on the
underside of the rainfly (fig. 9).
• Stake out each guyline and
rainfly loop at a 45 ˚angle
(fig. 10).
