Read this manual carefully prior to assembling and operating the tools in this tool kit. It is dangerous to operate these tools without being familiar with these instructions. Keep this manual in a safe place and have it ready for future reference.
1. INTENDED USE This 4V Tool kit included garden tools for general garden maintenance. The pruner is designed for pruning branches and plants with a thickness up to 14 mm. The mini trimmer is for cutting and trimming grass, hedges and bushes.

5.8 MINI TRIMMER SAFETY WARNINGS a) Keep all parts of the body away from the blade. Do not remove cut material or hold material to be cut when blades are moving. Blades continue to move after the switch is turned off. A moment of inattention while operating the hedge trimmer may result in serious personal injury.

5.9 RESIDUAL RISK Additional residual risks may arise when using the tool which may not be included in the safety warnings. These risks can arise from misuse, prolonged use etc. Even with the application of the relevant safety regulations and the implementation of safety devices, certain residual risks cannot be avoided.

6. BATTERY PACK WARNING! Inspect the battery pack before charging, do not charge a cracked or leaking battery pack. Note: The battery pack is supplied partially charged. To ensure full capacity, fully charge the battery pack before use. To charge the battery pack, connect the battery pack's type C socket to a power source that is 5Vdc 2A or less via a charging cable.

7. OPERATION 7.1 Installing and removing the battery a) Make sure the battery is in the right orientation (i.e. battery's button is on the up side). Insert the battery into the battery compartment of the pruner/mini trimmer until it clicks into position. Fig.

c) Release the trigger switch to stop the pruner. Note: For safety, the pruner should be stopped when the blade is closed. Release the trigger switch only when the blade is closed. d) Press the ON/OFF button again to switch off the pruner. The green light on the battery will be off when the pruner is switched off.

CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE WARNING: Remove the battery from the pruner/mini trimmer before cleaning, maintenance and storage. WARNING: Always wear protective gloves when handling the blades.
