    BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG Der Elektro-Hochentaster ist für das Schneiden von Ästen stehender Bäume bestimmt. Er darf jedoch nicht wie eine normale Kettensäge zum Sägen von Holz bzw. zum Fällen von Bäumen verwendet werden. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE WICHTIG Bitte lesen Sie diese Anweisungen vor der Montage und Inbetriebnahme aufmerksam und vollständig durch.

    MONTAGE Montage der Sägekette Siehe Abb. 3 WARNHINWEIS Da die Sägekette sehr scharf ist, sind zur Vermeidung von Verletzungen Schutzhandschuhe zu tragen. WARNHINWEIS Achten Sie darauf, dass die Sägezähne entsprechend dem Symbol auf der Führungsschiene und auf dem Schienenhalter ausgerichtet sind. Lösen Sie den Feststellknopf, um die Kettenradabdeckung abzunehmen.
  • Page 20 Drehen Sie den Feststellknopf wieder fest, wenn die optimale Spannung erreicht ist, so dass die Führungsschiene fest sitzt. Abb.4 Spannring Anbringen des Schultergurtes Siehe Abb. 5 WARNHINWEIS Benutzen Sie beim Gebrauch des Gerätes stets den mitgelieferten Schultergurt! Stellen Sie dabei immer sicher, dass der Schultergurt sicher am Gerät befestigt ist. Benutzen Sie niemals einen Schultergurt, dessen Schnellverschluss defekt ist oder der sonstige Beschädigungen aufweist.

    EINSTELLUNG Einstellen des Sägekopfwinkels Siehe Abb. 6 Der Sägekopf kann auf drei verschiedene Positionen eingestellt werden: Links 0°, 15° und 30°. Drücken Sie den federgespannten Ver- bzw. Entriegelungsknopf auf beiden Seiten mit einer Hand und drehen Sie mit der anderen Hand gleichzeitig den Sägekopf. Wenn der gewünschte Winkel nahezu erreicht ist, lassen Sie den Ver-/Entriegelungsknopf los, drehen Sie dabei den Sägekopf weiter.

    BETRIEB Anschließen des Gerätes an die Stromversorgung WARNHINWEIS Vor dem Anschließen des Gerätes an die Stromversorgung ist sicherzustellen, dass die Spannung der Stromversorgung dem auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Wert entspricht. Stecken Sie den Gerätestecker in die Steckdose. Ein-/Ausschalten Siehe Abb. 8 WARNHINWEIS Räumen Sie vor dem Arbeiten mit Abb.8 dem Gerät den Arbeitsbereich frei.
  • Page 23 Betriebs Wir empfehlen Ihnen, vor der Benutzung des Hochentasters die Hinweise zur Rückschlaggefahr von Kettensägen zu lesen und sich damit vertraut zu machen. Definition „Rückschlag“ Wenn das obere Ende bzw. die Spitze der Führungsschiene Holz oder andere Gegenstände berührt, schlägt das Gerät mit hoher Kraft in Richtung des Bedieners zurück und kann äußerst schwere Verletzungen verursachen.

    Verletzungsgefahr! Die Sägekette kann sich beim Sägen sehr hoher oder unter Spannung stehender Äste im Holz verkanten! Achtung: Wenn Sie feststellen, dass das Holz, das Sie sägen, unter Spannung steht, ist besondere Vorsicht geboten. Durch das Sägen kann die Spannung nachlassen, so dass das Holz unkontrollierbare Bewegungen ausführt.

    FEHLERBEHEBUNG WARNHINWEIS Ziehen Sie vor der Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten stets den Gerätestecker aus der Steckdose, schalten Sie den Hochentaster aus und warten Sie, bis die Sägekette zum Stillstand kommt. VORSICHT! Unsachgemäß durchgeführte Reparaturen können die Betriebssicherheit des Produkts beeinträchtigen. Dadurch werden Sie und Ihre Umgebung gefährdet. Fehler, die nicht anhand der Hinweise in dieser Tabelle beseitigt werden können, müssen durch einen Fachbetrieb (Kundenservicezentrum) behoben werden.

    INTENDED USE The electric high pruner is designed for cutting the branches of standing trees but not intends for cutting woods as normal chain saw. SAFETY INFORMATION IMPORTANT Please read these instructions fully before assembling and operating. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.

    ASSEMBLY Assembling the saw chain As shown in Fig 3 WARNING! Due to saw chain is very sharp, Make sure wear protective gloves to prevent possible personal injuries. WARNING! Ensure the direction of cutting teeth must comply with the icon on the chain bar and the symbol on the saw holder.

Always make sure the machine is hooked securely to the shoulder strap. Never use a shoulder strap with a defective quick-release or any other damage. This shoulder strap have two ends, one end is equipped with Ordinary hook, the other end is equipped with ordinary hook and quick-release mechanism.

    OPERATION Connecting to the power supply WARNING! Before connecting the device to the power supply, make sure the voltage of the power supply must be the same as the voltage addressed in the rating label. Connect the plug of this device to main supply. Switching On/Off As shown in Fig 8 WARNING! Clear the area to be cut before each use.
  • Page 45 Operating Before using the high pruner, we strongly recommend that you read and understand the concept of a rebound in chain saws. Definition of the rebound When the top edge or tip of the saw rail comes into contact with wood or other hard objects, the device is flung towards the user at high force which can cause extremely severe injuries.

    Risk of injury! Branches that are high up or under tension can wedge the saw chain in the wood! Note: when you encounter the cutting wood which is under tension. It requires your special care . Cutting wood which is under tension can release the tension. Causing the wood to react out of control. In the worst case this can result in severe and even fatal injuries.
