7.2 Troubleshooting guide

Trouble
Reason
Your probe is currently in excellent condition
and has been successful calibrated for pH.
It has been 30 days since the last successful pH
calibration
(Flashing)
Last calibration was okay but not excellent.
(Flashing)
Last calibration was unsuccessful.
(Flashing)
Available to connect to Bluetooth
(Flashing)
Batteries are low.
"LOW BAT OFF"
Using factory default calibration.
pH reading
inaccurate
Contaminated pH probe / glassware not clean.
Contaminated calibration solutions
Dirty probe
Aging glassware
Contaminated calibration solutions

Incorrectly performing calibration

Perform a pH calibration.
Clean the probe and re-calibrate in fresh
calibration solutions.
Still occurring then consider replacing the
probe.
Check for damage before cleaning and re-
calibrating in fresh calibration solutions.
Still occurring then the Probe needs replacing.
Will stop flashing when paired and used with
Edenic.
Replace batteries.
Calibrate pH.
Clean probe, hydrate pH bulb, then calibrate.
