2. Getting to know your SL wireless controller The SLPB controller can control multiple heaters within its RF range. The RF range can be extended if necessary, see product code SLEXT. The controller has 3 operating modes. The required mode must be set prior to the installation by using the switches located on the back of the controller.

4 Basic Mode For basic mode, the switches are set as shown below. Heating Stand-By Active Controller functionality in basic mode: Press button to activate heating, press button again to set controller to stand-by. When heating is active, the 4 light indicators are green. After pressing the button, heating is set to stand-by; the indi- cators will change from green to red for 4 seconds and then go off.

8. Choosing a position in a room The SLPB controller should be fixed to the wall. Avoid areas with draught or direct sun. Do not position the controller above or close to the heaters or other heat sources. Damp areas or areas where SLPB can be mechanically damaged should also be avoided.
