SAfETy INfoRMATIoN DANGER Suffocation and/or explosion due to gas leak • Before activating the combustion, start with a gas leak check of the hoses and components in the gas burner system. • Use a detection tool or spray leak finder that is approved by local rules and regulations.
Receiving the oven Inspecting the oven on delivery of the oven, do the following: • Check the oven for transit damage. • If there is any sign of damage, contact the supplier and the shipping agent immediately. Transporting and unpacking the oven When transporting the oven, use a pallet lifter or other appropriate lifting equipment.

Disposing of the packaging The packaging contains recyclable materials. Installing the oven Mechanical installation DANGER Risk of injury • Before mechanical installation, read the safety instructions in “Safety information” on page 10 and onward. Install the oven vertically and horizontally by measuring that the oven is level in the oven cavity, at the front and on the left-hand side. If the oven is not level, adjust the adjustable feet on the stand or the legs on the table model.
INSTAllING THE ovEN Mechanical installation of roll-in oven DANGER Risk of injury • Before mechanical installation, read the safety instructions in “Safety information” and onward. Make sure that the tilt of the floor is no more than 2%, equaling 20 mm per 1000 mm.
Clearance around the oven Never place powerful heat sources such as hotplates, frying pans, deep-fat fryers or similar close to the oven. Make sure there is a IMPORTANT! minimum clearance of 400 mm from such equipment. otherwise, it may damage the electrical components. The oven may execute an emergency shutdown if the temperature IMPORTANT! on the right-hand side of the oven is too high.
INSTAllING THE ovEN High-temperature environment In a high-temperature environment, the ambient temperature is above 122°f. Connecting the oven to the power Ovens not fitted with means for disconnection from the supply mains must have a contact separation in all poles that provide a full disconnection under IMPORTANT! overvoltage category III. The instructions state that means for disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
INSTAllING THE ovEN Connecting the condensation hood to the power If the oven is delivered from the factory with a condensation hood, this must be connected to the power. Put the three-pin plug into the socket. Switch on the power. Test that the condensation hood is working: Go to “Settings”...

INSTAllING THE ovEN Checking after power connection Go to “Settings” in the home screen menu. Touch “oven setup”. Touch “Heating”. Touch “Heating” and check that the selected gas type is identical to the gas type in the building. Mount the gas supply on the oven and perform a pressure test to ensure that there are no leaks.

14. Touch “Adjust fan speed” and set the speed to 100%. 15. Measure and adjust the 0 value according to the specifications in the section “Gas-air mixture settings” in the service manual. 16. If the oven size is 20-1/1 GN or 20-2/1 GN, follow the steps to 15 for “Burner 2”. 17.
INSTAllING THE ovEN Mounting a gas hose protection strap DANGER Suffocation and/or explosion due to gas leak • Secure the gas hose protection strap as close as possible to the flexible gas hose. • Make sure the gas hose protection strap is short enough to prevent strain on the gas hose.
Water supply connection DANGER Risk of injury • Before water supply connection, read the safety instructions in “Safety information” and onward.. The oven has two water connections: • A water connection for non-filtered water for the washing system. • A water connection for filtered water for the steam generator (only relevant for Invoq Hybrid ovens), steam from the injection steam system in the oven and deliming system.
INSTAllING THE ovEN Connect the oven to a water supply with a good quality of drinking water. See “Water requirements”. Connect the oven to a water treatment filter or a reverse osmosis system. See sections “Connecting the oven to a water treatment filter” and “Connecting the oven to a reverse osmosis system”.

Testing with droplet test Shake the bottle and fill it with raw water to the marker. Add the test fluid - one drop at a time. Count the number of drops until the color changes from red to green. Determine the water hardness by comparing the number of drops to “Table 7”.
INSTAllING THE ovEN Connecting the oven to a water treatment filter Mounting a water treatment filter Mount the T-fitting (3) on the inlet port on the water treatment filter. Mount the 1500 mm water inlet hose (7) to the water outlet in the kitchen and to the T-fitting on the inlet port on the water treatment filter.
Setting the water treatment filter See the section “Setting the water treatment filter” in the user manual. Connecting the oven to a reverse osmosis system Mount the manifold on the solenoid valves for the water supply. Mount the water supply hose from the osmosis system on the manifold.

Drain connection DANGER Risk of injury • The oven must always be mounted with an open drain. • The distance from the oven to the drain must be in accordance with local regulations. IMPORTANT! • We recommend that there be a floor drain in the room in which the oven is to be installed.
INSTAllING THE ovEN Testing the drain connection Touch “Settings” in the home screen menu. Touch “oven setup”. Touch “Test functions”. Touch “CareCycle test”. Move the flow volume bar to 5 liters. Touch “Water”, and 5 liters of water will be pumped into the oven cavity. Touch “Main contactor”.

If you need information about using the test functions, changing the oven setup or gas settings, adjusting the temperatures and enabling demo mode, see the service manual.

See section “Mechanical installation”. • Electrical or gas installation. See section “Electrical installation” or “Gas installation”. • Water supply connection. See section “Water requirements”.
