    Operating the oven Using the SmartTouch display The SmartTouch display provides a user friendly and easy way to operate the oven. To select an item, touch the button. To scroll through a list, drag your finger up or down. Use the wheel, to adjust temperature in 5 degrees intervals. To return to the previous display, touch the arrow icon in the upper left corner.

    Using the combi function Setting CombiSense The CombiSense function allows you to set an oven temperature and add a specific humidity percentage. The function automatically regulates the set percentage of humidity throughout the whole cooking process regardless of type and amount of product being cooked. The CombiSense function minimises shrinkage and improves the appearance and flavour of the products.
