    Fixed IP settings can be added or amended using the My Base App. Fit the Ethernet Adapter to the DualCom Pro 4 and connect an Ethernet cable from the adapter to the customer's router. Download the app from App Store or Google Play and enter your credentials. Alternatively in a browser go to My Base If need be, you can use the one-time access page to install a device using your mobile phone or web browser without login details.

  • Page 11 Verify LAN Connectivity This enables the installer to identify if there are any issues with the customer’s IT firewall configuration which may prevent the DualCom Pro connecting to the CSL Servers. Press Button B once from the Quiescent/Normal State.
