Installation and operation If the settings do not correspond to the desired values after switching on, they can be changed as required. The available memory slots for saving settings can be programmed with the desired temperature and time settings. For programming, follow the instructions in the following section.

Installation and operation Food Preparation WARNING! Risk of burning! The grill plates of the appliance become very hot. Use suitable cooking utensils to place food on a hot grill plate and remove it from the grill plate. ATTENTION! Unsuitable cooking utensils may scratch the grill plate. Do not use any hard or sharp utensils to place or remove food.

After grilling, grease and liquids on the bottom grill plate should be moved with a scraper towards the drain opening to allow them to drain into the grease collection tray. WARNING! Risk of burning! The grill plates and the fats/liquids on the grill plate are very hot during grilling and for some time afterwards.
Cleaning Safety Thermostat The appliance is equipped with the safety thermostat, which activates when the appliance is overheated. The appliance switches off. Cleaning Wait for the grease collection tray and its content to cool down before you start cleaning. ATTENTION! Make sure that moisture, oil, nor fat do not enter the appliance. 1. Clean the appliance thoroughly at the end of the working day and, if necessary, also between grilling cycles.
