Cleaning Grease collection tray There is a grease collection tray in front of the bottom grill plate, where the dripping vegetable and animal fat is collected. 1. Observe the grease collection tray during operation. 2. The grease collection tray should be removed and emptied regularly, when the appliance, the grease collection tray and its contents have cooled.
