Beginning of the day
1. Engage the portafilters into the brewing groups.
2. Turn the machine on at power on/off switch to heat. Approx. heating time 20 min.
Daily cleaning
1. After making coffee, knock out the used coffee grounds into the knock bin, wipe out
the basket, or wash out the basket under the group head to remove any remaining
coffee grounds and reengage the portafilter so that it stays hot.
2. Immediately after steaming milk, wipe the steam arm clean and fire a shot of steam
to keep the holes in the steam arm tip clean.
