To remove a stuck filter from an UltraLux Water Machine, unscrew the filter from the top of the machine and lift it out. If it is stuck, ensure the machine is on the edge of a cupboard or in a position where you can easily access and apply enough force. Use caution and pull straight to avoid damage.

After installing the machine and plugging it in, the initial automatic flush is taking longer than 30 seconds. It was still running at the 3 minute mark. I unplugged it. There are no leaks.

The initial automatic flush of the UltraLux WATER MACHINE should only take approximately 30 seconds. If it is taking longer than 3 minutes, the most likely cause is a problem such as low source water pressure, poor water quality, or a clogged filter, all of which can slow the flow rate and extend the flush time.

No. The carbon composite filter (CBPA) should be replaced every 1 year or after 2000 gallons, while the RO membrane filter (ROCB) should be replaced every 2 years or after 1000 gallons.
