HOW TO REMOVE BAFFLE PLATE ON A NEO 1
To remove the baffle plate on an ACR Stoves Neo 1, follow these steps:
1. Fully unpack the appliance.
2. Remove the top casting plate.
3. Carefully tilt the mounting bracket away from the appliance at the top and remove it from the bottom.
4. Locate and remove the two bolts securing the inner blanking plate.
5. With access inside the stove, the vermiculite baffle (part no. N41040004) can be removed.
