    4. Operation 1. Verify that all surfaces are clean and that there is no dough or oil accumulation anywhere on the press. If necessary, clean the press completely prior to powering up the press. Refer to section 5. Maintenance on page 8 for details. 2.

    5. Maintenance ALWAYS PUSH THE POWER SWITCH TO THE OFF POSITION AND ALLOW EQUIPMENT TO COOL PRIOR TO CLEANING THE PRESS. 5.1. Periodic Cleaning Immediately wipe up any residues or spills on the press during operation using a clean, dry, paper towel. Drippings or spills on the floor surrounding the press are a safety and health hazard and should be cleaned up promptly.

Guidelines for Cleaning Stainless Steel Surfaces • Wipe up spills and residues with a cloth or paper towel. • Surfaces may be cleaned using a soft cloth with mild soap and water, or sanitized cloth and paper towels. Following the handling procedure outlined on the product label. Do not apply degreasers or other harsh chemicals to plastic surfaces as this may permanently affect the look and performance of the finish.
