Hardt. Care must be taken to ensure the Pizza dough press is not damaged or scratched in any way while removing the packaging or when removing the press from the pallet. Hardt recommends that two people perform the unpacking.
4.2. Installation of the Sliding Tray 1. Slide in the tray on to the tray support until the LEGACY two pins can be installed past the highlighted blue tabs on each side of the tray support as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4. 2.
WHEN ADJUSTING, IT IS NECESSARY TO SLIGHTLY LIFT THE CORNER OF THE PIZZA DOUGH PRESS AT EACH CASTER LOCATION IN ORDER TO AVOID THREAD DAMAGE. HARDT RECOMMENDS THE USE OF A PALLET JACK FOR THIS PROCEDURE. The following steps describe the final positioning procedure of the Pizza dough press: 1.
4.4. Electrical Connection HARDT RECOMMENDS ALL WIRING BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL CODES. THE PRESS IS SUPPLIED WITH A 60 INCHES [1524 MM] LONG ELECTRICAL CORD. THE CORD IS EQUIPPED WITH A THREE-PRONG (GROUNDING) PLUG FOR YOUR PROTECTION AGAINST SHOCK HAZARD AND SHOULD BE PLUGGED DIRECTLY INTO A PROPERLY GROUNDED THREE-PRONG RECEPTACLE.
