  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY Notes: • Be careful not to pinch or press your hands when folding. • It is recommended do seek the assistance of a second person when moving or assembling the product. • When clamping the safety clip, lift the legs slightly, the clip will easily enter after shaking it from side to side then: Clamp the fixing clip at the fixed foot.
  • Page 7 Unfold the frame and pull out the adjustable screw. Insert the pulley rod and release the adjustable screw to lock the gear. Repeat with the pulley road on the other side. Pull out the latches of the rear folding leg.
  • Page 8 Step 2: Pull out the front and side clips. Lift the frame, pull out the legs and ensure they are fully unfolded. Insert the two side clips back into the holes and lock the rear folding legs. Extend the front folding leg and insert the two side clips back into the holes and lock the front leg into place.
  • Page 9 Take the handrail rod, remove the screws and washers for both sides using the Allen key. Place the handrail rod in between the slots of the handrails. Step 3: Secure the handrail rod in place using the previously removed screws and washers. Lift up and remove the headrest.
  • Page 10 Insert a stop block into the lower hole. Secure it in place using the M8x65 Bolt, Washer & Nut. Tighten the fasteners using the Allen key and open spanner. Repeat for the other side. Step 4: Clamp the tension retainer into the frame. Adjust the tension of the reformer machine using the springs.
  • Page 11 Put back the headrest. Install the two shoulder pads as shown below. Attach the wheel using the M8x16 Bolt & Washers. Repeat for the other wheel. Attach the foot pillars and ensure they are securely tightened. Place the foot pads on the bottom of the legs.
  • Page 12 Folding Step 1: Pull out the four latches on the front and rear legs. Carefully lift the frame and fold the legs. Fold down the handrail. Insert the latch back and lock the front and rear legs. Take out two pulley rods. Hold the folding armrest under the board and lift it upward.
  • Page 13 Insert the latch into the two side holes to lock the frame. Take the pulley rod and place it in the storage hole. The reformer machine is ready for safe storage. Unfolding Take out the two pulley rods and the shoulder pads. Pull out the two side latches and unfold the frame.
