GETAC ZX80 TABLET DOCKING STATION
This instruction sheet is for the Getac ZX80 Docking Station. For instructions on features,
set-up, and operation of the Getac ZX80 Tablet, please refer to the manual provided by
Getac with the Tablet.
This Docking Station is designed to be used with a variety of Gamber-Johnson mounting
systems. Installation instructions for other Gamber-Johnson products are provided with
each individual product.
This instruction sheet is for the following products:

The recommended power adapter for this docking station is:
7300-0471 - 12-32VDC Input, 19VDC 6.3A Output, 120W, AUTO ADAPTER PLUG
7300-0516 - 12-32VDC Input, 19VDC 6.3A Output, 120W, BARE WIRE PLUG

This Power Adapter is available with the Docking Station as a KIT:
7170-1088-00 - Non-RF Docking Station with Auto Power Adapter
7170-1088-03 - Tri-RF Docking Station with Auto Power Adapter

- Page 2 PRE-INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATOINS Conduct a "Bench Test" Gamber-Johnson strongly advises a "bench test" be conducted to verify all electronic and software issues are resolved prior to installation: Make sure the computer is operational by itself. Insert computer into the docking station and verify that the computer is operating in the dock.

Line up the Getac logo with the "V" on the front of the docking station. Figure 1 Rotate the top of the tablet under the top latch until the tablet is resting inside the maing housing.
