9.5. Troubleshooting
Consult the following checklist and error code list before contacting
your local dealer.
If these measures do not rectify the problem or the problem occurs
again, contact your local dealer.
Problem
No display after
pressing any switches.
No OLED display
during A-BPM.
Frequent clock reset.

Battery cover cannot
be opened
#1: Users (unauthorized maintenance personnel) cannot replace
the backup battery (lithium battery) on the circuit board inside
the recorder. The backup battery is charged from the batteries
(LR6 or AA size) for measurement.
#2: A dedicated peripheral is required.
Do not disassemble or modify the recorder. It may be damaged.
Main cause
Battery power has been
consumed.
OLED may disappear due
to the electrostatic effect.

Cuff is not connected
