Quick Start
The On/Off switch is located on
the back of the unit.
Set your cooking temperature
and time, then press Start. The
temperature will default to
cooking time to 1 hour.

Pause /Clear
Press Pause/Clear once to pause
cooking. The display will clear
after 45 minutes.
Press Start to resume cooking.
Press Pause/Clear twice to clear.
Fahrenheit to Celsius
Press Cook Temp and Cook
Time at the same time.
Press Pause/Clear to zero-out
the display. Press it again to view
the new format.
Wattage Setting
Press 1800 to adjust the wattage
from 1,800W to 900W.
When using both plates, each plate
automatically goes to 900W.
When cooking at lower wattages,
your cooking time may increase.
End Time
Press End Time. "ENDTIME" will
flash while "AM" and "00:00" will be
displayed.
1. Use the numeric keypad to input
the end time.
• Press am/pm to change
between AM and PM.
2. After programming the cooking
temperature and time, press Start.
Lock and Unlock
Press Low and Max/Sear together to
lock the panel. Repeat to unlock. Each
panel must be locked individually.

• Select one of the six preset
temperature settings (below).
• Press Cook Temp and press +
or – to adjust the temperature in

5-degree increments.
• Press Cook Temp and enter
desired
keypad.

Stage/Programming Cooking
1. Press Stage.
2. Press Cook Temp. "TEMP"
will flash. Enter the desired
temperature on the numeric
keypad. Default is 375˚F.
3. Press Cook Time. "TIME" will
flash. Enter the desired time on the
numeric keypad.
4. Press Stage to program the
next stage.
5. Repeat 1-4 for any remaining
stages.
6. Press Start to begin cooking.

Setting your Clock
1. Press Clock, "CLOCK" will flash,
and "AM" and "00:00" will be lit.
2. Enter the current time on the
numeric keypad. Example: for 1:25,
press 1, 2, 5.
3. Once the time has been entered,
the time will automatically default
to the AM setting. To change this
setting, press am/pm.
5. Press Clock again to set.
NOTE: Each clock is controlled
individually by its control panel.
Changing Cooking Time
1. Press Cook Time, the display will
read "01:00".
• Adjust the time in 1-minute
increments using the + or –
keys.
• Press Start to begin cooking.
2. Press Cook Time.
• Using the numeric keypad, enter
in your desired time. Example:
2:45 would be entered by
pressing 2,4,5.
• Press Start.
Calling-Up Presets #1-50
1. Press Program. "PROG" will flash
and "0" will be displayed.
2. Enter the preset number.
3. Press Start.
Programming Recipes #51-200
1. Enter your stages with their
temperatures and times, then
press Program.
2. Enter the number to use to save
your new preset.
3. Press Program to confirm the
number selected.
