There are several ways to begin Temperature Format: ºF to ºC cooking with your PIC Gold. The PIC Gold defaults to displaying the cooking temperature in degrees Fahrenheit Press Start. The defaults are 375°F for (F), but this can be changed to Celsius (C). -
