Temperatures and times can be adjusted on all functions before and during the cooking process.
POWER
Turns the unit on and off. When turned off will cancel all cooking functions.
START/PAUSE
Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking, the default temperature and time is 375˚F for 2 hrs. Press again to pause cooking.
ADJUST COOKING TEMPERATURE AND TIME.
Press + to increase or - to decrease the temperature and time. Press and hold to change quickly. The temperature and time can be
changed while cooking.
TEMPERATURE PRESETS
There are 6 temperature presets. Listed are their most common use.
Low 100°F: Warm | Med/Low 175°F: Simmer | Med 275°F: Steam | Med/High 375°F: Stir/Deep Fry | High 425°F: Boil/Sauté | Sear 575°F: Sear
COOKING TEMPERATURE
Default is 375°F and the cooktop has a default range of 100°F-505°F. To change the default cooking temperature, select the desired
temperature, then press and hold START/PAUSE for 2 seconds, the unit will beep twice. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the temperature in 5°F
increments or press and hold to quickly change values. This new default temperature stays saved even if the unit is off or unplugged.
FAHRENHEIT TO CELSIUS
Press MED/HIGH for one second to change to Celsius (°C). Repeat to return to Fahrenheit (°F). The change of temperature format will
remain when the unit is off or unplugged. The temperature format can be changed during cooking.
COOKING TIME
Default is 02:00 (2 hrs), range is 00:01-99:59 hrs. To change the default cooking time, press TIME to select the digit to adjust; the selected
digit will be indicated by blinking. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the time in 1 min increments or press and hold to quickly change values. This
new default time stays saved even if the unit is off or unplugged.
WATTS
There are 3 wattages 700W, 900W, and 1500W. Default wattage is 1500W for your appropriate wattage needs.
Press WATTS to wattage to be selected and the indicator will be lit.
STAGE
There are 3 stages that can be used for a recipe. Stage 1 default is 375°F for 2 hrs. Stages 2 and 3 are 375°F and 00:00.
Press STAGE for Stage 1, adjust the temperature and time. Repeat for Stages 2 and 3. Any stage without a time will be skipped.
MUTE
Press and hold LOW for 2 seconds, the unit will beep twice. Repeat to unmute.
LOCK
Press STAGE and MED for 2 seconds, LOC will display; the unit will beep twice. Repeat or press POWER to unlock.
