*Beware of high setting because the maximum level may
already mean "freezing point".
The freezer temperature is automatically controlled
by the power level setting in the fridge.
Basically, the temperature changes depending on the
ambient temperature (place of installation), the fre-
quency of opening the door and the equipment.
For initial operation, first set the lowest possible in-
ternal temperature (= highest power level) until the
appliance has reached the desired operating tem-
perature. It is recommended to reset to a medium
power level afterwards, then you can easily make
any temperature correction. A high-power level also
increases energy consumption.
The recommended fridge temperature for optimized
food storage in the fridge center is approx. 4∼7 de-
grees.
The ideal freezer temperature is -18°C. A less cold
temperature setting can shorten the shelf life of food.
Interior light
When opening the fridge door, the interior light will
turn on automatically.
Alarm function
As soon as the fridge door remains open for longer
than 90 seconds, a signal sounds until the fridge
door is closed.
Equipment
Note that the equipment varies depending on the
appliance type.
The various shelves and drawers can be height-
adjusted (partially and model-dependent) or removed
for individual storage. Practical also for cleaning pur-
poses.
NOTE:
For the most efficient use of energy, place all
shelves/drawers in their original positions.
Removing / inserting the shelves
• To remove, open the unit door completely, lift the
shelf, if necessary, slant slightly and pull it out to
the front.
• Safely reinsert the shelf at the desired height and
push it in until the stop is reached.
Removing / inserting the door racks
• To remove the door rack, press it upwards out of
the retainer or, depending on the model, first
press one side inwards until this side can be
pulled out upwards.
• Place the door rack flat, press down both sides of
the rack so that it locks into the retainer.
Removing / inserting the drawers
• To remove the drawer, pull it out to the front, in-
cline it if necessary and remove it.
