Usage Precautions 1.Charging Case Introduction The base features the function of Bluetooth signal repeater and it should be placed as close to the probe as possible, preferably within 100 meters and with no metal objects or ≤100m/328ft ≤100m/328ft obstacles in between. Do not place the base on a running oven, stove, or any other hot surface.

2.Probe Introduction The probe can measure both food and ambient temperatures simultaneously. A safe cooking line is engraved on the probe body and during cooking the probe should be inserted into the meat until the safe line is exceeded, keeping the probe tip unexposed as this will damage the probe.

Operation Button Definitions Power ON/OFF: Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep, and then release the button to switch the device off. Alarm: When the device sounds an alarm, press the button once to stop the alarm.

NOTE: 1.When device is sounding any alarm, press the button on the base to cancel it. If a high-temperature alarm is triggered, please immediately stop heating, move the unit to a cool, shaded place and switch it off. Alternatively, if the unit detects that the temperature has dropped to a safe level, it will automatically stop the alarm.
Battery Details & Maintenance Battery Installation 1.Open the battery cover. 2.Pay attention to the polarity of the batteries and insert the two new AAA alkaline batteries in the correct way. 3.Cover the battery compartment and press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The screen will light up.

Battery Details 1.The base of the INKBIRD INT-21-B requires two 1200mah AAA alkaline batteries and acts as a probe charger, fully charging the probe in approximately 30 minute. 2.A fully charged probe can be used continuously for 20 hours. There is no need to worry that the battery will not last for the cooking time you need on any cooking occasion.(Consistently high temperatures can reduce battery life.)

Precautions For Use 1.Please do not place the product on any hot surface such as hot stoves, ovens, and smokers, as this may cause damage to the product or even personal injury. 2.Please do not clean this product base with running water or place it in a dishwasher or water sink to avoid battery damage.
2.Prepare a smartphone running iOS 12 (or later) or Android 7.1 (or later) to download the INKBIRD app and complete the connection (referring to the section 7 App Installa- tion & Connection).
APP Installation & Connection 7.1 INKBIRD APP Search the INKBIRD App from Google Play or App Store to get it for free, or you can scan the QR code to download it directly.

7.2 Registration Step1: Registering an account is necessary before using the INKBIRD app for the first time. Step2: Open the app, select your Country/Region, and a verification code will be sent to you.
7.3 How To Connect Open the INKBIRD app and click ″+″ on the top right corner to add a device. Then, follow the app instructions to complete the connection. Ensure that the device is placed as close as possible to the smartphone during the connection process.
3.If you are not going to use this product for an extended period of time, please remove the batteries and cover the battery compartment. 4.This product base is not waterproof. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean it when necessary and prevent water from seeping into it and causing damage. Important Notes/Warnings 1.Do not use the probe in a microwave oven or pressure cooker.

4.Please do not use the probe in cooking environments above 300℃ (572°F) or below 0℃ (32°F), not expose it directly to flame or burning wood charcoal, as this may damage the probe battery. 5.During or at the end of cooking, please do not touch the overheated probe with bare hands.
