  • Page 14 9822 Functional Description The router function provides up to 16 channels of embedded audio on the outputs. The router acts as a full audio cross point. Each of the 16 embedded output channels can receive signal from any one of the 16 embedded input channels, four internal tone generators, or the Down Mix Left and/or the Down Mix-Right mixer outputs.

    The functions and related parameters available on the 9822 card are organized into function submenus, which consist of parameter groups as shown below. Figure 3-1 shows how the 9822 card and its submenus are organized, and also provides an overview of how navigation is performed between cards, function submenus, and parameters.
