The center point of maximum load is at 24” from the rear of the bed extension out to the platform, Fig.2. -

Power on the liftgate by switching the ON/OFF switch ON. Owner’s Manual PLR 20S/25S/25D/33D Lubrication Properly lubricated, the PLR series Liftgates will ensure longevity. Lubricate the liftgate at the same time as the truck/trailer. Grease more frequently if the liftgate is often used. The liftgate should be greased every 500 cycles (depending on use – estimated every 3 month). The level of the oil should be between 1.0“ to 1.5“ from the top of the oil reservoir when the platform is at ground level. -
