    BEFORE INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT VISUAL INSPECTION All users of the SGM fixtures should regularly clean those parts of the fixture directly exposed to the elements, such as the external housing and front lenses. Additionally, all owners of the SGM fixtures must periodically check the external housing of the fixture for structural breaks, deteri- oration, cracked lenses, or loose screws.

    The range features multiple beam angles, LED engines and control protocols. The 3 series is an exterior rated, IP66 rated product line intended for permanent mounting. This User manual applies to a P-3 Wash POI equipped with an Ethernet- and CRMX module. Features and functional- ity may vary.

    SETTINGS 3 Series fixtures are configured using either the user interface or SGM software; the SGM RDM Addressing Tool. This software is Windows® PC based and connects to the fixtures via DMX512/RDM using the SGM USB uploader cable. DMX Modes The fixture can be operated in different DMX modes.
  • Page 9 STEP 5: Disconnect up-loader cable from computer, then disconnect up-loader cable from fixture. Repeat Steps 2-5 for more fixtures. Multiple fixtures can be addressed and configured. Contact your SGM representa- tive for more information on multiple fixture addressing. Configuration through Ethernet The P-3 POI supports RDM over Art-Net.

    PERMANENT MOUNTING Carefully adjust the head until it is in the correct position. Apply a suitable grade of threadlocker to the threads of the two M6 hex bolts, ensuring even coverage. Using a callibrated torque wrench, tighten the bolts incrementally until the head is locked into place.

However, cleaning the front glass may be needed to achieve the maximum light output after exposure to dust, sand, or dirt. The exterior housing can also be cleaned to get a better look.
