Questions and answers
it's not charging, only lighting a blue flash any doesn't get connected to any devices. i left it unused for about a month and it started behaving that way.i cant restart it either as it doesn't respond
If the SoundPeats Air3 Deluxe HS is not charging, only shows a blue flash, and does not connect to devices, try the following:
1. Ensure the charging case has battery. If the case is dead, it will not turn off or charge the earbuds.
2. Make sure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case.
3. Clean the charging contacts on both the case and earbuds using a microfiber cloth.
4. Use a Type-C adapter with output current not more than 1A to charge the case.
5. If the earbuds and case have not been used for a long time, charge them at least once every 3 months.
If the issue persists after these steps, it may require further troubleshooting or support.
