Figure 1 shows a typical application example for an ECM-EX2-1 gas cooler unit.

Do not use the gas cooler to extract gases or gas compositions, which could be
potentially explosive without the presence of air. Do not use gases or gas
compositions which can alter the relevant safety-related material properties of the
cooler materials. The gas or gas composition needs to be free of particles which
could cause, in combination with the materials of the gas cooler, sparks by friction or
impact.
Inhalation hazard possible, if using toxic or asphyxiant gases!
Purge gas cooler with inert gas or air before opening!
If the gas cooler is used for toxic gas or asphyxiant (oxygen-displacing) gas, it needs
to be purged with inert gas or air before opening. Follow closely all relevant
occupational safety regulations during operation.
